We have conveniently provided online registration on three different websites. Choose your favorite online registration site: BikeReg.com, Sportoften.com, and Active.com There is a small registration fee for those services. Race day registration is available beginning at 7:30AM, check or cash only.

This event will be timed using AMB chip timing. All participants will be required to leave a deposit when picking up chips....either credit card imprint or drivers license.

The Race Venue - Fisher Farm Park

Fisher Farm consists of a 200-acre park which is in the early stages of development. A fabulous place for walkers, this is a natural area populated with a variety of wildlife, insects, and plant life. Fisher Farm offers five plus miles of mountain bike trails with beginner to advanced challenges. The park is now accessible from the north by the West Branch Greenway.

Fisher Farm is located at 21215 Shearer Road. To find Fisher Farm, follow Concord Road out of town. Veer Left at the Rocky River Y junction. Turn left on Shearer Road about four miles after Y intersection. The entrance to park is about a half-mile on your left.

- Turn and Burn authentic event T-shirts will be given to all race participants who preregister by October 25. Remaining t-shirts will be given out first come, first serve

- Turn and Burn medals will be given to top three finishers in the Trail Run per each defined category

- Custom Turn and Burn plaques will be given to the top three finishers in the Off-Road Duathlon per each defined category

REFUND POLICY
50% of your entry fee will be refunded until seven days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for any reason event race week. Event entries can be transferred up to three days prior to the race event.

NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for the Turn and Burn Trail Run or Off-Road Duathlon you agree to these refund terms.

WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather during the Turn and Burn, the following procedures will be followed:
The event will be postponed until Noon in hopes the inclement weather will pass.

If inclement weather does not pass by Noon on race day, the event will be canceled.

If a trail race is not possible, the event will be canceled and a 50% credit will be issued for all registered participants into an upcoming Charlotte Sports Cycling event. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.

If the event is canceled due to inclement weather prior to event weekend, a 100% credit will be issued for all registered participants into an upcoming Turn and Burn Race. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.
